Who picks up

Shred Med is the medical-waste division of the Shred Utah / Shred Salt Lake family: a Utah operation running Utah routes.
So a request to move a pickup goes to somebody who can see the route, rather than to somebody who will pass it on. Service Area lists the towns we stop in, and Compliance sets out who is responsible for what.

We ask the questions that change the answer
If your streams are straightforward we can price them. If they are not, we ask before quoting rather than after, because a quote built on a guess is a renegotiation with extra steps.
We confirm every stream in writing
Before anything is priced we name every stream we will collect for you and how each one is handled. If something in your building belongs with another specialist, you hear it on this call and we point you at the right one.
We agree the containers and the schedule
Which containers, where they sit and how often we come. This is the part that decides whether the service actually works in the room it lives in.
