Privacy Policy

Only what the quote form asks for, plus a small amount of technical context about the submission.

The form fields are: facility type, ZIP code, the waste streams you select, an approximate volume, the pickup frequency you are interested in, your company name, your name, your email address, your phone number and an optional message. We also record which page you submitted from, any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on, your browser user-agent string and a one-way hashed version of your IP address used for spam and rate-limit protection. We do not store your raw IP address.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which campaigns produce quote requests.

These set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and send usage data to Google. You can block them with your browser settings or an extension; the site works without them. We do not use analytics data to identify you personally.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, provide or document a service, protect the site and business, or meet legal and operational obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details where reasonably practical.
